• Order history: the products you’ve purchased and the date of purchase, stored in our customer email platform (Brevo).
• Automatic data: browser type, IP address, pages visited — collected via standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.

• To deliver products you’ve purchased (e.g., emailing your Atomic Planner download link).
• To respond to enquiries you send through the support form.
• To send occasional updates about new releases or relevant content (you can unsubscribe from any email).
• To detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

• Stripe — to process payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Brevo — to send transactional emails (purchase receipts, support replies). See Brevo’s privacy policy.
• Vercel — the hosting provider for this site.
• Legal authorities — only when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data retention

Customer records (name, email, purchase history) are retained while you remain a customer, plus 7 years after the last transaction for tax and legal compliance. Support enquiries are retained for 2 years for reference. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (e.g., remembering your checkout session). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited — this never includes your personal data. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as expected.
