Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using gavrielshaw.com or purchasing any product or service offered through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. The site is operated by Immortal Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What we offer

gavrielshaw.com sells:

• The Atomic Planner — a digital PDF planner delivered via email after purchase.
• Consulting and advisory services — one-off sessions, packages, sprints, and monthly retainers as described on the site at the time of purchase.

Pricing, scope, and deliverables are stated on the relevant page at the time of purchase. We may update prices and offerings; changes apply only to new purchases, not to ones already paid for.

3. Atomic Planner — digital product

• The Atomic Planner is a downloadable PDF licensed for your personal use.
• You may print it, annotate it in any PDF app (GoodNotes, Notability, etc.), and reuse the templates as many times as you want for your own work.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the file with others. If you want to gift a copy, please purchase additional copies.
• Updates and revised editions: when we publish a new version, existing buyers receive the update at no charge for as long as the product is actively maintained.

4. Consulting services

• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement after purchase, normally within 14 days.
• Cancellation or rescheduling: at least 24 hours’ notice is required for one-off sessions; otherwise the session is forfeit.
• Retainers run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date.
• Confidentiality flows both ways — nothing you share in a session is repeated outside it without your written consent. The same applies to material we share with you.

5. Refunds

Because the Atomic Planner is delivered immediately as a digital download, all sales are final on delivery. If the download fails or you receive a corrupted file, contact us within 14 days via the support page and we’ll fix it or refund you.

For consulting services, refunds are handled case-by-case if you cancel before the first session. Once the first session has been delivered, consulting fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or copy paid digital products outside your personal use.
• Submit false information through forms (support, checkout, newsletter).
• Attempt to disrupt the site, scrape large amounts of content, or overwhelm any infrastructure.
• Use the site or any product to harm, defame, or harass others.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, designs, the Atomic Planner) is owned by Immortal Ventures LLC unless explicitly noted. Purchase of a product grants you a personal-use license — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Quoting short excerpts with attribution is fine.

8. Disclaimers

The Atomic Planner and our consulting services share methods we believe in and use, but no method guarantees specific outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, your context, and many factors outside our control.

Nothing on this site is medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. For advice in those domains, consult a licensed professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immortal Ventures LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of this site or any product or service offered through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Immortal Ventures LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger forum.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
